Meet Our Team
Founder
Tula Hahn, MA, LPC-Associate, NCC
Supervised by Olufemi Olukoya, LPC-SHealing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about reconnecting with who you are beneath the pain, fear, and survival strategies that once helped you cope. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore your story, reconnect with your body, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, including religious, military, sexual, and relational trauma, as well as anxiety, panic, disordered eating, BPD, chronic stress, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ concerns. I also work with couples experiencing relationship distress, affair recovery, and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships, helping them strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create relationships aligned with their values. As a SYMBIS Certified Facilitator, I also offer premarital counseling for couples preparing for marriage.
My approach blends trauma-informed, evidence-based, and body-centered practices, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, somatic therapy, mindful movement, breathwork, Polyvagal Theory-informed interventions, and narrative therapy. I believe healing isn't just about understanding what happened, it’s also about helping your nervous system experience safety, connection, and regulation.
Whether you're healing from trauma, overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a life transition, preparing for marriage, or working to strengthen your relationships, my goal is simple: to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to build a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentically yours.
Education & Training
-
Liberty University
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. This graduate-level training prepared me to provide counseling across a range of concerns, with a focus on understanding the whole person, not simply the symptoms they are experiencing.
My training included counseling theory, assessment, human development, ethics, multicultural counseling, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-informed therapeutic approaches.
What this means for you: My education provides the clinical foundation to help you understand what you're experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful change in a way that considers your experiences, relationships, and the person you are becoming.

Pennsylvania State University
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, where I developed a foundational understanding of human behavior, development, cognition, emotion, and the many factors that shape how we think, feel, and relate to others.
This education became the foundation for my continued study in clinical mental health counseling.
What this means for you: Understanding people requires looking at more than one piece of the puzzle. My background in psychology helps me consider the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and experiences that make each person unique.

I have completed Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy training, an evidence-informed approach to understanding relationships, communication, conflict, friendship, intimacy, and the patterns that can leave couples feeling stuck.
This training helps me look beyond the surface of an argument to understand the underlying patterns between partners and support couples in building stronger communication, connection, and emotional safety.
What this means for you: Our work can focus not only on the problem in front of you, but on the cycle underneath it and how the two of you can begin changing that cycle together.
-
I have completed specialized Gottman training in treating affairs and trauma within relationships.
This training focuses on helping couples navigate the complicated emotional aftermath of betrayal, including rebuilding communication, understanding the impact of the rupture, processing difficult emotions, and working toward healing and rebuilding trust when appropriate.
What this means for you: You don't have to know how to fix everything before you come in. Therapy can provide a structured, supportive space to understand what happened and determine what healing can look like from here.

I am a SYMBIS Certified Facilitator, trained to use the SYMBIS assessment and framework with couples preparing for marriage.
SYMBIS helps couples explore important areas of their relationship before marriage, including communication, conflict, expectations, finances, family dynamics, intimacy, and other areas that can shape a couple's life together.
What this means for you: Premarital counseling isn't about determining whether you're "ready" for marriage. It's an opportunity to better understand one another, talk about the things that matter, and build skills for the life you're creating together.
